I watch Stargate. I am a total Stargate nerd. I was horrified when I found out that SG1 was ending and now I'm sad that Stargate Atlantis is also going bye bye. I loved that SG1 is based in my home town. There is even a huge sculpture in America the Beautiful park here that looks like the Stargate.
I bet it's true. I bet the government is using the Stargate show to tell us how life really began on Earth. Yep. The Ancients transplanted us here. The Asgard really crashed in Roswell, and they had to cover it up. The Mayans even met the Asgard, and that's where those images of the elongated headed humanoids came from.
Orrrrrr it's just a really good geek show. Probably that.
There really was a project called Stargate though, but it had to do with clairvoyance and OOBE studies.
Hehe.

I missed the final episode because I was stubborn and fighting with my husband that night. I'm also annoyed they are cancelled. It was the only Sci-Fi I liked watching with DH.
ReplyDeleteI also like to believe we'll ascend to a higher plane of exsistence after we die, like in Stargate. I also LOVED how their one movie just screamed "religion is a cult". I wish I could have used that device on my TBM family to wake them up from the mind control.
You aren't the only one missing the show :( Now the last good sci-fi show (Battlestar Galactica) is in it's final episodes too. I'll have nothing left to watch on TV but MMA.
